    Simple to use and works great. I had no problems. I copied around 500 CD;s and everything worked perfect. I bought it for our Church. It will show you if a CD is faulty when you put it in the machine and start it. I did have a couple faulty CDs.

    I got the 5 drive Duplicator. Drive 3 did not work from the beginning. Im going to replace the drive myself as I hate dealing with sending things back, etc.

    I purchased one of these is 2014 and the only problem Ive ever had was I had to glue the top label back on. I cannot image how many thousands of copies Ive put though this thing. Great product. Cant speak to customer support as Ive never had a need to use it.

    I use this copier to serve in christian ministry, copying photo DVDs for a prison ministry. The unit has cut my time by 80% in copying DVDs. This will copy 1 - 1 through 1 - 5, making quick work of a tedious, time consuming task. I recommend this unit for its ease of use.

    This duplicated the music on CDs just fine but the titles/CD text was missing. I use Roxio software and the CD text info shows up just fine using the CD burner on my PC but doesnt with this duplicator.Complete waste of my money-taking up valuable real estate in my small office. Back to burning one CD at a time. Ridiculous!
