Just amazing, I had tried Corel before and I was impressed

I installed the free 30 day trial version of this product on 14 January 2014 and UNINSTALLED it on 15 January 2014. One day of trying to use this utter rubbish program was enough! Firstly I had to try and try to get Writer to open as it kept telling me DLL files missing. Then when I tried to cut and paste from a Microsoft Word document so I could try out the formatting from Word to Writer all I got was the top section of the Word document. The other 3/4 of the Word document simply was NOT THERE! To get the whole Microsoft Word document to appear I had to close and reopen Corel. What good is that in any office or home environment?

This product was purchased because I bought a new Lenovo computer from Amazon which did not included Microsoft Office. The old computer has a few spreadsheets, word documents, and powerpoints that we might use or might wish to create in the future and it didnt seem prudent to spend the money to buy MS Office for such limited use. This program installed flawlessly off the disk, and opened and handled all my old files just perfectly. What a great product for a computer that isnt used much to do documents, spreadsheets, or powerpoints.

I purchased this software primarily for the word processing function. It works even better than I expected. I loaded the package on my PC and Netbook without a bit of trouble. Both the PC and the Netbook run Windows 7. Ive opened and edited Word documents; created new documents. It works seamlessly. The Amazon sale price was incredible (A little over $20.00!). This great bargain saved me from having to buy that other overpriced office package from a certain other software company.

Now I can input Chinese.

Good for less expensive OFFICE software.

I have use Word Perfect since I first began using a computer. I love it. I can do things so easily compared to Word. Unfortunately this was not a new version of WordPerfect it is a poor imitation Word.

The Jury is still out. It had to be uninstalled almost immediately
