These worked out of the box on my AMD AM4 system and continue to operate reliably at 2933 MHz, even after 2 bios upgrades (I mention that b/c a set of HyperX memory I had *stopped* working after a bios upgrade). Id like it more if these were able to hit the 3200 MHz speed theyre rated at, but Im willing to forego the negligible difference thatd net in favor of the reliable performance Ive experienced since day 1. These are far and away the best of 3 ram sets Ive tried on my AM4 system.

Corsairs Vengeance LPX sticks arent exactly eye-catching, but they do the job and look plenty nice in just about any computer. While I ended up returning this kit due to compatibility issues, I have an older identical kit that has been running in my PC since mid-2019 with zero issues. Would definitely recommend for a midrange system.

There is exactly nothing special about this RAM...XMP doesnt work for me. Stock timings it is....EVGA Z390 FTW, i7 9700KF, ASROCK Taichi 5700XT 8GB GPU, 750w EVGA Gold PSU. I bought it for the XMP feature as its listed as an approved RAM for my board. I wont return as I cant/wont have my PC down again for any amount of time if it can be helped. I guess Ill just be happy that no sticks were DOA as they shipped in a Corsair Vengeance RAM box that had been previously opened and were LOOSE. Adding to that disgusting attempt at proper packaging, they were scratched all over. Cant see the scratches when theyre installed but thats not the point. Im in disbelief they all work. Corsair is beginning to make me never want to buy Corsair ever again.
