In the photo Im showing the plastic arm isnt as thick, but the screw they include is the same length making it only grab one thread or so. Very very easy to strip. Emailed and they dont have longer ones. Ill have to find a longer thread someplace else.

I ordered two of these about two weeks apart. The first one was complete and had the correct hardware. The second one is junk and the screws included with it are the wrong size. It is like they were made by two totally different manufacturers.

Super easy to install, straight up replacement for better quality. Just make sure to calculate e-steps again and youre good to go. Id recommend

Tube is great, Cutter cut well, The extruder works great, the only issue I had was the screw for the pivot was too short and I had to get a slightly longer screw. Good thing Home Depot had them! I think its a great upgrade to the Ender 5 Plus

Its a good kit for the price. I had a print that need alot of extruder start and stop. The10mm fittings that the Capricorn tubing go into failed on me after a little while. The tubing can go through the fitting both ways so the teeth inside the fitting were not holding. That was the only problem I had.

Great upgrade for my voxelab aquila. Most 3D printer come with a plastic extruder and the arm will often crack over time. This is a great upgrade!

Surprises all over the place! I was thinking this extruder would be a cheap piece. Its a LOT stronger than it looks. And the new style of the PTFE Tubing capture holds stronger than I thought it would. The Capricorn tubing is really good. This version seems a little stiffer than the other versions I have used. the cutter is perfect, as usual. The wheels are well, wheels But I had one going so It will do the trick! Still cannot figure out what the treaded sleeve is for. This Kit is exactly what the Dr. Ordered, and it all fit like a dream!

The aluminum extruder is more sturdy than the stock extruder, and is easier to load the filament which is a plus in my book. Ive just got done printing over 60hrs of material since purchasing and installing the extruder and the capricorn tubing and havent had a single problem. I also needed a few more of the bearing wheels, due to others wearing out, and they work like a charm also. Would definitely recommend this kit.

I got this because the stock plastic extruder feeder was giving me problems, only feeding properly about 50% of the time. This all metal one fixed all the problems I had

if youre having extruder issues try this before replacing the head i had prroblems with my cr10 smart and this fixed most of those problems deff worth a try printing way cleaner now. the stock setup isnt going to cut it you can tighten it but the way they have it setup the spring doesnt always backout when you loosen it i noticed so basically have to take it apart to l get the spring to backoff and its a pain to put together just make life easier and try this before doing anything else oh and get the upgraded bowen tube its blue cant recall the name tho sorry
