Shred was used to fill mugs and it was as I had expected.

This worked great. One bag is surprisingly a lot more than I imagined. I bought two bags because I didn’t want to run out for the 5 baskets and 7 favor bags I was making. I only ended up using half a bag. Great for future uses and to simply have a around when needed.

Love how long these last me considering I use the shreds everyday for my packages!

It did seem a bit expensive to though. Not sure I will order again.

I have a couple of pet rats that are picky about where they sleep and use the bathroom. Ive tried many other bedding types but none have met their desires. This stuff is very absorbent, dust-free, gives them warmth on colder nights, and they can shape it to their needs. Also, for those not using it for bedding. 2lbs is a lot! we have filled the bottom of their cage now 3 times over (each time is enough to pad up the bottom of 3-4 large gift baskets) and we still have not made a dent in the bag! I am VERY happy with this purchase.
