My apartment has poor circulation so my room gets very stuffy. I keep a small humidifier running about 12 hours a day and an air purifier that goes for the other 12 hours. DampRid still managed to collect over a tablespoon of water (by my visual estimation) within 3 days. Additionally, I bought the fresh scent version as it was the cheapest. Im very sensitive to fragrance and do not notice the scent. That is a positive for me but may be a negative for others. One thing I dislike is the hook. It is very thick to support the weight of the water, but because of that, it does not fit on my clothing rack. I am hanging it off a couple of hangers but Im not sure what I will do when it gets heavier.

I live in an apartment and the bedroom walk in closet holds a lot of moisture when it rains so bad so i don’t use the closet for anything that can’t be put in totes or plastic. I purchased some of these and the superficial issue is fixed. It captures all the water (the bag fills up) and my closet no longer has that musty odor!

I use in my basement and garage where dampness is prevalent - these areas are not heated like the rest of my home. These moisture absorbers really work, and the scent is subtle and pleasant.

I saw my mom had these in her home, and needed to be replaced as they were full. They are sealed so after hanging, the beads dissolve and the water drains to the bag at the bottom. They claim they should be good for 90 days, but they lasted longer than that in her house. Ive used the DampRid canisters but this is simpler - just hang and throw away when the beads have dissolved and the bag is full. Ill be ordering more for my home, too.

I purchased this product to see if there was moisture in the house. It works and pulled water. I purchased a Scented box, I thought it would have last longer than my initial contact with the pouch.

This product quickly removed a musty smell in a closet.
