> 3 dayThis organizer is easy to fill. Both sides open wide, and stay open so each days supplements can be dropped in, one after another. My husband and I each take several large capsules (fish oil, lecithin, magnesium) daily, and these large compartments hold all, with room to spare. Lids snap nice and tight, so no worries of capsules spilling out. I am much more faithful in taking supplements daily, as directed. If you take large capsules, you cant go wrong with this organizer!

Greater than one weekI purchased this particular pill box for my husband. He has macular degeneration and has an awful time deciphering colors. This box is great....white for day pills, black for night time. Each compartment closes securely, unlike other brands. I give this product an A+
