I ordered one and it broke in less than a week of use. The connector gets loose and you have to wiggle it or get it just right for it to start charging. I ended up returning it for a new one. A few weeks later same issue. Im going with a OEM part from now on.

I purchased this in Feb 2023. It stopped working in May of 2023. I clicked the Dell support link because Dell has a warranty on their products but Dell is saying my charger was purchased more then 5 years ago so they warranty has expired. I guess Ill be using the vendor 1 year guarantee warranty.

It is working well, no connectivity issues.

Product description provides a very short list of compatible laptops. Since mine was not listed, I was not going to hassle with ordering it here and finding out it is not compatible with my laptop, so I ordered it from the Dell site, where they provide full lists of compatible computers.

What can I say - it is a charger. The best thing is it is a genuine Dell charger. I will buy again as I keep leaving them in hotels when I travel.
