At first, it was great - an exact replacement of the original XPS13 power cord, which had frayed badly right next to the tip. After less than 3 months of use, this replacement just died. I thought maybe my surge protector was dying, but nope - other things worked in that, and this charger wont power up in any plug in my house. I should have known the low price was too good to be true. It may have been genuine Dell, because Dell batteries for XPS laptops wont recharge on non-Dell chargers, but it must have been a factory reject. Very very disappointed in the poor quality.

Had it less than a month and its already not working. Dont waste your money on this.

My dell laptop stopped recognizing the adapter about a month ago, almost 2 years to the day when I bought this charger. It no longer charges my battery.

My first one works for 12 months then I bought a new one. This time it just doesn’t work at all. I will return.

Charger started to work intermittently within 11 months. The seller responded immediately once contacted. No questions asked. Promised to send a free replacement within 10 days. Excellent customer service.

My old charging cord suddenly stopped charging my laptop (Dell XPS 13) battery. This one is a perfect replacement. Charges my laptop quickly and fully. What more could you ask for?

I purchased this in October 2020. This is June 30th 2021 and it suddenly quit working. I made sure all plugs were tight and even tried different outlets.

Purchased after watching a video that explained why my computer wasn’t charging (even though the light on the charger and computer indicated that it was working, the charger had become defective). This replacement seems to be an authentic Dell charger (in the photos the original that came with the computer is on the right and the newly purchased one on the left). So far it works well, no issues. Knocked a star off the review because there’s a dent in one spot of the cord (which is one of the reasons the cord could become defective). Some other reviews stated that the product stopped working after a few months, will update my review if I have any issues.

I needed a charger cable to travel with for my Dell laptop. So it fits in my satchel with all my other cables. It is ready to travel when ever I need go. It fits my laptop correctly. I ordered the wrong one initially and realized my mistake. Returned the wrong one and had the correct one on its was. This was a speedy process.
