> 24 hourIve had this for about two months and used it perhaps a handful of times for classes. The first issue I had is sticky keys, which isnt too terrible all things considered. The next I found was that the audio jack does not connect half the time, so headphones and headsets arent an option most of the time.

The refurbed Dell with 224 gig SSD is more than adequate for home use and this machine is quiet....really quiet and very fast.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it was pre-loaded with Chrome, iTunes, VLC Media Player, Libre Office, and Foxit PDF reader.
