I have only had the laptop for about a week. It was relatively easy to set up. The response time of some of the applications has been moderate to good although I dont have everything loaded yet. This concerns me some. The main thing Im unhappy about is regarding the battery. The battery, fully charged, only lasts about 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable. Secondly, while using the laptop, the bottom of the laptop gets extremely hot. So hot, in fact, that I have trouble using it if it is actually on my lap. It gets too hot for my legs. It makes me concerned about whether the cooling system is actually working. I dont plan to return at this point but Im not sure Id recommend it to others especially if the usage needs to be in transit. If you can be tethered to the power cord (like most of my work is) it might ok. I do with the keyboard was backlit, but I knew it wasnt when I ordered it. I really do like the response and feel of the keyboard.

Love the touch screen. Also like the battery life. Speed is great and video is crisp and clear.

i got this laptop for school/personal since my HP was starting to die out on me. it runs so fast, my games are not laggy, the touchscreen is great, and just overall, im very happy with it. im getting dell computers from now on!

The laptop arrived when scheduled, was as described and was super easy to set up. I charged it overnight then turned it on. The prompts were easy to follow and it was good to go in a very short time. No issues!

I received computer and had problem they took back no problem and gave me full credit.

Dell laptop itself is very good. But Microsoft installed its own products and OS. It wouldnt let me install my other programs. When I tried to go through Microsoft procedures to allow me to do this, their programming took over and would allow me. So, I had to perform a factory reset/install. Once I wiped computer clean, then and only then was I able to install my own programs.

The ram and processor is great very fast for editing podcast videos gaming, and other projects.
