What a fun install stylish a suitcase!! Very lightweight easy turning on the wheels sturdy I am super cute on the inside. The added luggage tag was a cute surprise for me highly recommend buying!

It is the most fun carry on suit case ever, fits in the overhead, seems sturdy enough. It has as much room as you can fit in a carry on luggage. Mostly I bought it because it is so fun. Looks like the picture, arrived on time, packaging was substantial. It can scratch.

Beautiful luggage but this is the second time i have to send it back due to sticky stuff on the inside and it has black mold!. Outside on the hard part has alot of scratches and scuff marks as well! I wish they would check item before shipping! I really wanted this luggage and soo disappointed that i have to go to UPS store to ship it back a second time!

I love the look of this suitcase! Its easy to spot at baggage claim, and I love the interior design as well. However the 3-d design (lips/studs) on the outside didnt survive the TSA very well. Lots of little cracks and scuffs on those parts. I would not recommend checking this if you fly for travel.

I love Betsy Johnson, but I was disappointed in the quality of this luggage. The lining was not cut right and was sewn into the zipper, leaving the lining exposed and sticking out the side. Not worth the price.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter.

I thought this suitcase was super cute, and in person it is! But the price of this suitcase does not add up to the quality! The inside of the suitcase is so cheap! Literally the zipper is already messed up and I didn’t even used the dumb suitcase yet. Also Fedex marked my package delivered when it wasn’t, it came 2 days later and that was upsetting. I did speak to a very helpful amazon representative and was satisfied with the customer service. Overall the suitcase is nice to look at but NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I spent $109 after taxes, take your money and spend it on a suitcase that will actually last. Disappointed!
