Disney boys Cars Potty Training Pant

I bought these specifically for potty training. Only 3 out of all of these have the actual thicker fabric pad for potty training. The other 4 are just regular thin underwear. I wish I could returned these but already opened them. Disappointed.

Only a couple of these pairs of underwear have extra padding for absorption. The rest are thin, like typical underwear. My son likes them because they have his favorite characters, although he said their faces looked weird. On some pairs the images are applied in a way that they started cracking and looking worn out after the first wash or two.

Overall, these training pants are fine and accomplish the job they are intended for. I ordered a pack of seven and about 3 of them are not the same size as the others even though they are all marked 5T. They are all still within a reasonable range of fitting and since they are just little boy underwear I can’t complain too much. I wish they were slightly more absorbent in the crotch area, but they are ok. Also, they must have a lot of strong chemicals or dyes on the fabric because my grandson’s behind broke out in little sores after wearing them. I did wash them before use with a regular load of laundry, but after that happened I presoaked them and rewashed them again in Dreft. Hopefully this second washing will get rid of any irritants. The design is cute and helps him to want to put them on, just be aware that the quality control of this product is not the best and you will definitely need to wash a couple of times before use.

After reading other customers reviews , I bought size 2t for my 3 yr old kid , he is thin and small and size 2t fits perfect. Quality is also very good. And fitting is also good.

These are high waisted and stiff material. My toddler loved them for the print. ;) Not my first choice and I find it hard to believe they are comfortable especially since he is fiddling with the waistband often. Cool designs though, Cars on my sons.

My son is 2.5 years old and has really been fighting me on potty training. I thought maybe if I tried something less absorbent than a diaper (and therefore less comfortable to wear if wet) it would motivate him to want to use the potty. However, I havent been able to test that theory yet because these underwear came with a sticker book to reward him for doing various activities dealing with going potty (I asked to use the potty, I sat on the potty, I used the potty, I washed my hands, etc) and hes so excited to get the stickers that on the first day he was wearing the potty training pants, he didnt have any accidents!!! Im sure that the draw of the stickers will lose excitement for him after a little while, but then theyll just be super-cute, extra absorbent underwear which is what I ordered them for. He loves the designs and really wants to wear them so I think that will motivate him as well. Great product, highly recommend!
