> 3 dayCasters started sticking after first trip; the bag wouldnt roll in a straight line. Less than a year later, one caster has locked completely and the bag must be tilted and dragged. Disappointed, the bag has only been a carry-on and was never damaged by baggage handling.

> 3 dayYou probably would not buy this suitcase if it wasnt so darn cute. Compared to my more standard suitcases, it is a bit thinner, a bit fewer interior features for storing stuff in compartments, and overall just not as sturdy. But. Nothing says woo hoo I am going on vacation like this suitcase does. And the quality is sufficient to hold up to Airline handling. So yes, I rate it a 4 on quality, but I love it and would buy it again. I just enjoy using it so much.
