Disney Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Mickey Mouse Multi-Face, 21-Inch

Great gift for myself, cant wait to use it on my next Disney trip.

I have been very impressed with this suitcase. It is light weight, but very sturdy. I travel a lot and have tried several different types through the years. I recommend this one.

Giving 2 stars because it is great quality and a good suitcase but just not what was expected. I specifically checked to ensure this was the hard side style when ordering and received the opposite. Im super bummed because the suitcases were for my daughter and I for our trip that we are leaving for tomorrow. Weve kept them in the box in the garage until now because the kids didnt even know we were going and now Im not sure what to do besides return it but then we will not have luggage! :( its my fault for not checking first but Ive never had an issue when it comes to ordering my larger items from Amazon..

I absolutely love this bag! With its four rolling wheels it moves so smoothly. I havent traveled with it yet, so I will edit my review when I return in July.

Perfect and very well made.

I used my bag twice and the wheel seized while I was on vacation. I tried to contact American Tourister on their website chat, received a response over an hour later, and then received a message stating because we havent heard from you for a few minutes we are ending this request. When I tried to call, I was on hold an hour and the call randomly disconnected. The bag is adorable, but the customer service awful. I will not be a return customer for American Tourister.
