> 3 dayThis is a great suitcase in every way except one. It fits on the plane well, fits lots of clothes, and easy to use. BUT when I try to raise the handle un to its highest point, I can’t. Somehow the handle becomes stuck so I am not able to use it at its highest length, which makes it a bit hard to use sometimes. I have a family member who bought this suitcase as well and hasn’t had any issues, so it must just be my suitcase. I have attempted to message the company but have heard no reply.
