I love having this to carry some keepsakes of my departed friend of 19 years. Quality if fantastic. The engraving was perfect and came with more accessories than I expected. I was very happy with the medium, I found it had a pretty generous amount of internal storage making it flexible enough to carry ashes and hair clippings while staying relatively compact. As good as the product is, the best part for me was contacting their customer service. The responses were quick and they went above and beyond to address my question. I got the sense they appreciate how personal these are to people and do everything they can to make that happen. Frankly it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

Nice but pretty small

My beautiful baby (18 1/2 yr old pekingese pooch passed away a couple months ago. Ive been heartbroken ever since . I needed something to remind me of her.Something I can have near me at all times to help ease the grief. I must say I love this.Now my beloved Tinkerbell is near my heart where she will always be. Grief is extremely hard for me to deal with and this beautiful necklace truly helps ease my pain.If youve recently lost a pet or know someone who has , this is a wonderful gift.

I purchased this item for my daughter who had recently lost one of her beloved pet rats. She had taken his passing very hard and I thought it would help her grief if she had a way to keep him close without carrying an actual urn around. I was surprised at the weight of this item - its very well made. In the past we had urns come unscrewed and then the ashes disappear so now I just put a dab of superglue on the top and screw it on. She wears this 24/7 and even in the shower and its holding up superbly! Definitely a solid purchase.
