I can also put it on my beagle mix & use it to allow him off leash. If you know hounds, they are notorious for being runners (take off), this prevents it. So I can take and put it on a 150 lb puppy, then turn around & put it on a 20 lbs dog. I love the fact the charger is able to charge both in one go & it is a common charger type, so i can charge it in my car, etc if needed. I use it as a tool to reinforce training with my pup & dog. Like any tool used for training, research and learn before using. To sum it up; its dependable, easy to use & effective.

> 24 hourThe vibrations don’t bother my baby so this may be for smaller dogs than him. He’s a Great Pyrenees, 1 year old and 95 pounds. While we were trying to see how this works my brother and dad shocked him but his eye got really big and he jumped and I didn’t like that, I’m going to give it some time and see if I can work it but like I said he is very big so that might be why. But other than that it should work because I tried it on a medium dog that’s 55 pounds and the vibrations worked very well on him he’s listening more the collar training is working.

What if the dog doesn"t respond when the shock button is pressed?
1. When you press the shock button, please check whether the indicator light on the receiver and remote control is red
2. Please make sure that two metal prongs touch the dog"s skin directly at the same time.
3. please remove the two conductive silicone prong covers to try, conductive silicone prong can weaken electric shock.
The transmitter and receiver are equipped with a rechargeable battery.
The recharge time is 1.5-2 hours to full battery recharge. The receiver will then remain in standby mode for 15 days, the transmitter for up to 180 days depending on use.

Question: Both the receiver and the remote control are fully charged, but the receiver does not respond when the remote control is pressed. What happeded?
Answer: 1. Make sure the receiver is turned on.
2. Please check if the remote is switched to the "CH1".
3. if it still doesn"t work, You need to re-pair.
Friendly Tips
1. Check the tightness off the collar by inserting one or two finger snugly between the collar and neck.
2.If you don"t need the shock function, you can remove the metal probes, so that wearing the shock collar is more comfortable for your dog. If you use, please make sure the two conductive points have contacted with dog"s skin on the underside of neck directly at the same time.
3.Avoid leaving the receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. or it may cause skin irritation. Keep checking the dog"s skin condition every day.
4.Four channels to support training 4 dogs simultaneously with the purchase of additional collars.
5.Our factory setting is paired with channel 1. The collar"s battery will be displayed on the remote screen for channel 1.
For other channels, if you need, you can pair by yourself.

You need to adjust the CH to dog1, then the battery display is normal. if the problem still exist, you need to re-pair the remote and the receiver.
Q3：How to re-pair the remote and the receiver?
A3. 1. make sure the receiver is turned off.
2.Turn on the remote control.
3. Press "CH" button on the right side of the remote control to select the channel you want to pair.
Then press and hold the "CH" button until the green light flashes.
4. press and hold the on/off button of the receiver for about 6S Immediately, you will hear a beep and the green light will flash.
Then you can see the power display of the receiver on the screen of the remote control, indicating that the pairing is successful.
