I have used a bunch of Dove products, however I was slightly disappointed on the scent. The cucumber soap, the white fresh bar, and the others smell wonderful. I was expecting more of a coconut scent. It doesnt really smell like that but, more of a fresh scent, but I think it smell good still. The soap is still great to use, but not what I expected. I would go for another scent next time.

Fresh out the box this was indeed stinky with a strong scent. I don’t mind fresh fragrances at all but it was a bit fake smelling. I am not usually one to return items so I still gave it a shot. A few washes in the smell does become more mild and smells probably how it was meant to. Still glad I purchased it but beware if you have a sensitive schnaz.

As others here have mentioned, we received the pink coconut and jasmine soap instead of the coconut and cocoa butter soap shown in the listing. Theres quite a difference in scent between the two. I see the later pictures for the product now mention you may get either one, but for those like me that dont look past the first photo, youve been warned. Of course if youre like me you probably also didnt read the reviews until you unexpectedly received pink jasmine scented soap!

Each bar does not last very long but that’s not why I use the soap. Foams up for easy use in the shower and gets me clean without drying my skin. So. It Works

Like everythind about it. There could be a little more scent, not to male or female. It lathers well and skin is moisterized.

I use dove soap all the time and have for many years but this is the first time purchasing dove soap online. only because they’re so expensive now in the store at about $2-$3 per bar. so when I saw them on here for about $1 per bar I had to get me a 6 pack. However as soon as I took the outer plastic off the smell was so strong (like a house air freshener gone bad) I could barely stay in the bathroom with them the first week. and the bars themselves look a little different from the dove bars purchased in store. hard to explain not really sure what the differences are but it gave me the impression that they’re not real dove soap brand bars is it possible they could be imposters?
