DR QUALITY DÉCOR Iron Pull Handle for Doors Set of 2 Rustic Style for Barn Doors, Gates and More

As a machinist and having been involved with our foundry that commonly made cast iron handles I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of the surface finish of these handles. There has not been too much fettling (unsightly grinding off of casting runners and sharp edges) as the sand casting surface finish has been preserved over most of the item and visually where it counts. No unsightly gouges from a grinder. It appears they have then baked a coating of linseed oil onto them which gives them a slight brown tinge and a pre-aged look. The screw length is generous and they sit well down into the countersunk holes in the handle. The handle pad faces sit flat. Pity they dont make a slightly scaled down version of this exact style for kitchen cabinets. I will be buying more of these and product from this manufacturer.

I wasnt sure what to expect for $18, so o set my hopes low. These far exceeded what I was expecting! They were exactly what I was looking for. Definitely give that farm door look. Very heavyweight and sturdy. Simple to install. Definitely recommend.

We got these to put as the handles on a barn door slider door. They were thicker and heavier than the images appeared on Amazon -- a good size to pull on without worry. Reasonable- good size. Nice rustic look.
