    I wanted to love this umbrella, I really did! My son was so excited to open it on Christmas as hed been wanting an umbrella and loves dragons. But, after 3 times of using it, the metal bar SNAPPED just above the button to keep the umbrella opened. My son is 4 and quite gentle with his things. I was there when it happened and he was using it like he should have, it just wasnt made well. We are both really disappointed, especially him since his umbrella work work anymore. Im hoping to get a refund, but in the mean time dont want others to have the same outcome!

    I ordered 2 of these umbrellas. They were both broke when we opened the box. When I sent the second one back I had to pay a restocking fee. Terrible experience!!

    My son was so excited for this umbrella since we hardly ever get any rain in southern California. Unfortunately it came broken. Seems they tried to shove it in a smaller box bending the umbrella in the middle so when we tried to open it it snapped in half.
