Works great for my baby’s bath water

We got this for our new-borns bath-time and at first it seemed like a great product (automatic turn on and off, choice between Celsius and Farenheit, good temperature reading and also very cute!) BUT after only two months it stopped working and then we found that water had leaked into the battery compartment and the batteries had become rusty. I would NOT recommend this to anyone who cares about their childs health or is looking for a good quality product.

Loved this! My son loved playing with it and it was very useful to tell us the temp of his bathwater. Though, not sure how accurate it was at telling ambient room temperature as it says it can. However, the batteries died after only a couple of months. We spent money to buy new batteries, they were extremely difficult to change out, and it still doesnt work. Tried 2 new sets of batteries just to be sure. EXTREMELY difficult to remove batteries without damaging water seal. This was expensive for such a short life on it.

I really love the idea however after only two weeks it is no longer working and fogged. We will be using it as a toy though!

My husband is very particular about the temperature of his bath water. His caregiver asked me to get a thermometer that would work in water. First I selected one that is just lowered into the water, but it didnt work well. So I hunted for one for babies, and found this one which is perfect. It requires almost nothing of the user. You just stick it on top of the water and it registers. Thanks Dreambaby!
