Dyson Vacuum Motorhead (For V11)

My wife and I knew going in that Dyson products are overpriced. But with a supposed lifespan of around 7 to 10 years, I figured that we would at least have a reliable product for quite a while. Wrong! After moderate usage at most, the original motorhead failed after 29 months---just 5 months out of warranty. None of the online steps to bring it back to life have worked. Its toast. After investing several hundred dollars in the vacuum, we decided to spring for a new motorhead to the tune of around $130. Another reviewer has mentioned that the replacement is smaller than the original. But I didnt realize it was going to be this tiny, as shown in the comparison photo. No doubt this is to save money producing the part. But considering what Dyson charges for its products, it shouldnt be this small. If I had known that we were going to have this kind of trouble with a Dyson vacuum, I would have brought a less expensive brand to begin with (he said with the usual perfect 20-20 hindsight). In any case, we wont be buying any more Dyson products after this. The next time this vacuum becomes unusable, we will cut our losses and move on to something else.

Nachetez surtout pas !! Mauvaise qualité. Et le service client ne veux rien entendre !! Utilisation en 1 mois à peine et déjà cassé ... ils nont rien voulu savoir ! Ils mont dit quils ne pouvaient pas remplacé lié à de lusure ou mauvaise utilisation ( cest vrai que en 1 mois je lai maltraité au prix de la tête 120 euros à lépoque et 3 fois que je le change de celui doriginal alors jy prend bien soin ) une honte !!!! Il vient de casser de lautre côté. Je le termine et je pense changer de marque complément car tellement déçu !!!

First time I used it the wheel fell off on the carpet. A closer look found it likely had a bubble in the plastic. I am questioning if this is actually a real dyson replacement

My Dyson vacuum head just stopped working for some reason and this was a great replacement! Works great now!

Replaced the original power head

Comprato questo prodotto, perché la spazzola originaria si è consumata dopo 4 mesi... Aspira meno della spazzola originaria, anche se è sempre un prodotto Dyson e ogni tanto si blocca, le spazzole non girano più, però per fortuna ancora funziona... Unica cosa positiva è che è più silenziosa, ma questo forse dipende proprio dal fatto che aspira meno, comunque il suo lavoro lo fa.

Lasted one day then quit working !! Not worth the price !!
