The green light comes on but the brush does not start. I sent an email to the customer service at [email protected] but did not get a response. I am hoping someone reaches out to me through Amazon. Update: After I posted my review, customer service contacted me by email and gave me the option to receive a refund or get a replacement. I chose to get a replacement. It arrived a few days later. I am so glad I could get a replacement because this brush has made cleaning so much easier especially scrubbing the bathroom showers.
