> 3 dayThe cost/skein ratio is great but the main reason i went with this product over others was the clear labeling with DMC color numbers. When i received the skeins they each had a firmly attached paper band around the middle informing me what color it was, which eliminated a lot of the stress of guessing or having to take it to the store and compare. The skeins came together in a plastic bag but they werent tangled and none of the paper tags came off in transit. I had a small issue where i saw a few skeins without a color label so i had no idea what color they were supposed to be. I also only received 149 skeins, some of which were color duplicates. I contacted customer support who were very nice and helpful. I compared a few skeins from this product to the corresponding DMC brand ones i already had to see how they compare and they arent exact, which i expected since it is a different company, but are pretty close. Overall i would go with this company again since it was a very cost effective way to build up my collection of embroidery thread and supplied me with some of the ones i need for the current project im working on.
