EMPIRE EM71.8 Professional True Blue Magnetic Box Level, 8

Solid feel to it, definitely happy that I picked this up, even got a zippered pocket in my bag just for it.

Beautiful design and finish and quality very impressive

Love this level. Its small but handy and it has some heft that feels right in the hand. The magnets are strong and the level is accurate. I bought two at the same time. One for my shop and one for my belt. I tested them against each other and both produced identical readings on a deck stringer. My only complaint - and this is a matter of preference - I wish the spirit vials were a darker color. In low lights the clear bluish vials on this level can be a little tough to read. Other than that this is a quality torpedo level at a fair price. If I ever find the need for another torpedo level, Ill certainly buy this it again.

Awesome level. Use it at work in a rough environment, and it holds up. The rare earth magnets are are great. And its American made. Would buy again

Great level, doesnt fall off metal studs when installing headers and fastening screws.

Awesome level, just as everyone else says it has a nice feel, looks great, and is very accurate. My biggest problem (I’ve owned about 6) is the go out of level easily. The glue/epoxy holding the vials eventually breaks loose and it unreliable. As a pipefitter cutting a weld because you dropped your level from waist height and didn’t realize it’s no longer functional is no bueno. Also, the 90 degree vial, and the 180 degree vial aren’t always scaled similarly. All in all great level, just doesn’t last.

I have a coworker that says its a good little level, got to have it available when you need one.

This is brilliant, its a nice size and the magnets are really strong. Its a very accurate level. A must buy!

A little expensive but worth it because they are durable and last a long time. Strong magnets. Took it to work the first day I opened it and accidentally fell down a core hole. Gone.

Details say the country of origin is USA. I got mine and the package is marked made in Taiwan. Is hard enough buying American without being lied to.
