Greater than one weekWe had to make the tough decision to put our dog that we had gotten together as newlyweds 13.5 years ago to sleep due to cancer. We wanted something special to keep his remains in besides the plain white box from the vets office. This is perfect. It is sturdy, nice looking, and his collar and tags lay perfectly on the top of the urn around the lid.

We like the brushed metal and chrome paw prints. Our small issue is that we need to remove our dogs ashes from the pack bag before installing them into the urn as the neck is rather narrow. That is a difficult prospect as were still struggling with the loss. It is a lovely urn to keep our dear one close.
