These fep sheets work better that the spare that my epax x1 came with. These ones I have had no problems with my prints sticking to the fep sheet and for the price their perfect.

I bought this for my Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k on the recommendation of a few others who have changed out their factory FEP on the same machine and my 3D printer has been working flawlessly since. Im extremely happy with the results now and I no longer get prints sticking to my FEP. Highly recommend this over the factory FEP on the Phrozen Mini 4k, at least. Cant go wrong with this one either way.

I have gone throught the 2 that came with my printer. Just have to be careful with scraping the film. Glad they dont cost very much and I have not damaged any more so far.

First of all, this is a great product- Im not sure exactly WHAT it is, but its not FEP... Whatever it is, though- it works. And, works well. I have replaced the original FEP sheets in the machines I use for production with these. I DO have an EPAX X1 Printer, which I also really love, and of course I use the Non-FEP sheets in that. But, Its going in EVERY printer once I have a chance to do so. What makes it better?? Its hard to be objective in a review of a product like this, because there is no really easy way to measure what makes it better since there are so many variables in SLA printing. But, I have far fewer failures with this film caused by prints sticking to the FEP. It also seems to last longer between replacements. Now, the company. You cant ask for better customer service- They are prompt at replying to inquiries, knowledgable about their product, and willing to help customers. They are also very proactive when it comes to customer satisfaction- The last set of FEP sheets that I ordered had a mistake in it, they shipped only one sheet rather than three. I didnt catch the mistake- as I had just put them on a shelf to use later- but I got a letter from them, along with the missing sheets, explaining that they had made an error, and were correcting it! Thats what I call service.

My first OEM FEP film failed in the middle of (maybe) the fourth print. So far Ive had close to a dozen using the EPAX non-FEP (nFEP), and this has been great. Doesnt make a giant clicking sound when the first couple layers are being laid down while making the raft on the build plate (the original FEP one made a click as things unstuck and were lifted during printing. Works and installs just fine in an Elegoo Mars (and as the Anycubic and EPAX apparently have the same size resin vat, it should work for either of those as well). I have backup FEP sheets now, but Im very tempted to put a few more of these in the consumable parts shelf...

I bought a 3 pack of this earlier this year just to have on hand. I went to change out a vats nfep with the new stock but upon completion I held it up to the light and noticed 3 or 4 dark specks. They appear to be embedded in it as they dont reflect light on either side. Annoyed I went to change that one out with another one from the pack, unfortunately they all had the same flaws. $24 down the toilet. I never had this problem before with fep from various manufactures / resellers.

I have had nothing but headaches from this product. I was getting respectable success before trying this stuff. A weeks worth of failed prints trying to get this nfep to work. I tried calibrating every variable I could, heated my enclosure, re leveled the bed with different paper thicknesses, slower lift speed, longer exposures. A failed print from this film broke one of my lcds. This film seems to make light pollution worse, and seems to make an even worse popping sound from the normal elagoo brand fep. I have two longer orange 30s, if any printing wizards out there have any advice for me I would really like to get some of the results other people are talking about. But so far this stuff has set me back.

I tried this out on my Elegoo Mars and so far its ok. Im not wowed or astonished. It does the job. But I think Im still replacing it at about the same rate I was replacing regular FEP. Maybe my printers not high def enough or etc to show a difference, but with an Elegoo Mars, using Elegoo ABS-Like resin, so far its all the same.

This stuff works so much better than the regular fep sheets. Since having installed this I have not have a failed print due to it sticking to the fep, my fails are completely my fault now. Lol.

I bought a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K and all the research I had done prior to buying the printer pointed to the factory FEP being the cause of many printing issues, so I decided to immediately upgrade to nFEP. These EPAX E6 sheets fit the Sonic Mini 4K perfectly and performance has been stellar. I havent had any resin sticking to the sheet and there is no popping sound when the build arm pulls away from the vat while forming the base-layers. Ive heard that these sheets can last quite a long time as well. Im still on my first sheet and have about 60hrs of printing on it so far; the surface still looks good - some fine micro-scratches from cleaning but overall performance is still perfect.
