I absolutely love this backpack! I love the peace of mind that it gives my husband and I. My son also loves the independence he has gained by being able to walk around, rather than riding in the shopping cart. My only complaint is this: I love the lock that it has on childs wrist band but the hook that they have connecting the parent to the child is very easy for someone to just slip off. I understand why they have it there, so that the parent can take it off when they need and keep the wrist band on the child, but I think they need to reconsider redesigning the clip on the childs wrist band to something that is more permanent. I wouldnt mind having to unlock the wrist band each time if it meant my child was safe. Overall though, this product is amazing and I will recommend it to everyone!

The product is useful, and is in great shape. One feature I would change is the chest strap. It has snap buttons on either side which attach to the shoulder straps, and they easily pop a part. If your toddler realized they could do this, the buckle would be useless as the snaps remove the entire chest strap from the backpack.

This backpack is very cute, beautiful and size is just perfect from toddler and small kids perspective. My daughter is loving it so much! She had similar one in different color and wanted an additional color in same theme. This is not only cute and build quality also seems good. Cutest little pink Owl and a very sturdy backpack!! Perfectly stitched, heavy duty materials and just enough room for your toddler to take all his prized possessions on the road with him/her!!! There is a wrist strap to keep your little one within eyesight and not lose him/her in a crowd!! Perfect for a trip to Disney World or any other amusement park or the Zoo with grandparents too!! It’s exactly how it’s advertised and described, very safe and easy.

This is simply a fabulously adorable toddler wide-eyed owl backpack. It’s targeted toward the very young child from 1.5 years to 3. Tucked inside this mini-backpack package are the leash and linked wristbands. There’s plenty of room to carry a small blanket or favorite toy once the backpack is empty. The backpack is made of polyester and nylon, a particularly durable, lightweight combo. It’s not however, water-resistant. I did pour a bit of water on it and it absorbed into the fabric. I always check out the hardware on any diaper bag or backpack. What I see on the outside lets me know how well it will hold up. The zipper and zipper pulls are metal as is the front D-ring and the snaps on the back. The buckle and sliders on the back are made of impact-resistant plastic. The zippers glide quite well and there’s no need to add graphite to get them going. This backpack should hold up very well as I’m seeing some very high-quality hardware and materials. The leash has a sturdy metal carabiner-like swivel that attaches to that metal D-ring. The wristbands are beautifully designed and crafted. They have foam inside with material covering it. It has impact-resistant hardware. It also had a very sturdy metal swivel similar to the leash. It’s designed for quick release and has a small plastic key on the parent / caretaker’s wristband. I do love the silicone owl on the child’s wristband. I love everything about this little owl backpack. The wristband ensures a child will remain safe during an excursion. I had a runner and darter and most certainly could have used this. The quality is very high and the design is perfect. The price at around $23 is quite reasonable given the quality and what you’re getting (better than most). I’d highly recommend this wide-eyed owl to anyone looking for a toddler backpack and peace of mind.

My 16 month old loves this back pack! She knows when we put it on, she gets to go outside for a walk. It’s so cute and a perfect size for my little girl. I love the strap (both coiled and straight) bc it gives me piece of mind that she can run too far away. I haven’t needed the wrist bracelet for her but I do enjoy that it has a lock so she can’t take it off on her own. So happy I bought this!
