I often would draw a regular bath with these salts and have me and baby take a bath together. Not only was it relaxing for my son, it was also great for my postpartum healing. I was unable to do recommended sitz baths several times a day because, well, I had a new baby! So using these in the bathtub was perfect for both me and my little guy.

> 3 dayThis will leave your skin feeling amazing and it definitely soothes those aches and pains. I love taking a nightly bath and I added this for 2 consecutive nights. The next day when the bath was empty and dry I looked at it and it was filthy and yellow and I had just cleaned it 4 days prior. I keep my tub clean by weekly cleanings but this left a yellow sludge around the entire bath tub that I am glad I noticed when I did because I had to really work to get the oily scum clean. I will not be using it in my tub again that is for sure!

Greater than one weekI believe it is a good epsom product but I would NOT recommend if you do not like the smell of orange. I could not stand the way I smelled after the bath...and the smell during the bath. Relax and Refresh should indicate that it is an orange smell. I threw it away after one use. My bathroom even smelled like it. I am going to stick to the unscented.

Add two cups of Epsoak Epsom Salt to warm, running bath water. Settle in and soak for 20 minutes to help relieve stress and stiffness.
