> 3 dayFrom the picture, the caps appear to be matte silver, but the ones I received were very shiny. Also, some of the silver at the bottom of the cap seems to be peeling. Disappointing, but still a good value. I like the extras that are included.

Tight roller ball is to prevent the leaking issue and it does happen the first time you try using it after you made it.

Tips for loosing the tight roller
We suggest you lubricate it after uses
1. Before you put the roller on the bottle, roll it around a bit with your finger. It releases and then rolls easily.
2.Take the roll on off again and then replace it back..rub down hard on your wrist and most the times it starts working fine.
3.If it does not work. please replace it with replacement roller balls
