> 24 hourwe bought two of these, the glossy rainbow one for me and the matte great wave one for my boyfriend. weve had them for about a month now and overall theyre great for the price. according to the bf, theyre easy to install. our only complaints are: for mine, because of the glossy finish, it looks smudgey all the time from my hands until i clean it; for his, the sides have started to wear down because he uses his a LOT but you can barely see it so far. overall though, theyre much more fun to look at than the basic black faceplate.

> 24 hourId reccomend this to anyone looking to personalize their controller. The quality is excellent. It fits perfectly and the tolerances are so close that you cant even tell its not from factory. I love the retro translucent green colour. From seeing the pictures from other reviews, all the colours look just as great. Installation couldnt be any easier. You pull off the plastic grip covers to reveal 4 screws, plus one under sticker behind the battery cover. Remove them and the faceplate comes right off. Ive disassembled other controllers before but this one is by far the simplest.

> 24 hourI bought the blue chrome and the purple octopus shell and they both fit great. I thought I was going to need to sand down the space for the Dpad, but no need. Which is kind of a bummer since, in preparation, I bought a powermatic 1790843 43in wide belt sander and a Muilti Max 5amp Dremel in case the Powermatic was unnecessarily big for the shell. Im out about 27 grand, but how can I worry about that when Im playing my Xbox in style.

> 24 hourI really liked my original but unfortunately Microsoft has decided to cut back on Quality. This one fits perfectly and looks AMAZING. The screw hole receivers are at least 2mm thicker than Original and should hold up for the lifetime of my controller. Im sure it will last longer than the rest of controller.
