Plus, the missing neutral, open ground, and reverse polarity indicators are something that I highly recommend for any RV owner! I have no way to test the surge protection capability of the unit without destroying it, but if it can absorb the energy listed, this is a good product at a great price. I will update the review and possibly move it to 5 stars once I get more time in the field with it.

> 24 hourThis is a little larger than I expected and doesnt fit well, under the electric cover at the rv park. I do have it tucked under, so I sure hope its weather proof. ITs been raining lately, so I actually threw a plastic cover around my electric tower since this keep the panel from closing.
