Received this vacuum on March 3rd. Worked really well on our hardwood floors and small area rugs. Liked the three power modes and the light on the vacuum head. The other day, two months after I received the unit, I was vacuuming an area rug and the vacuum rod just snapped from the vacuum itself! Duct tape to the rescue until I find a new one...... But.......Customer service was wonderful! After writing this review, I was contacted by Fabuletta and they promptly sent me a replacement. Thanks Kiki.....

I absolutely love this vacuum, as a relatively new mother in a relatively new big house, this made sweeping up floors significantly faster and easier. After maybe the first 6 months or so, I did have an issue with the tube attachment intermittently losing connection, but customer support was super friendly and helped me finally get to the bottom of the issue and sent me a replacement so that I can get back to using the full benefits of my favorite vacuum ever!

Well packed. Arrived within 8hrs. Quick charging time and great wall mount. Lighter than I thought and the accessories were smaller than the impression I was left with after viewing the photos, and that was great because they are perfect for all the tighter areas. And for those that dont like getting close and personal with bugs, this is awesome for that also (just wait until its dead to empty). Just wish the suction was just a little better.

This lightweight vacuum picks up all of the hidden dirt!! I have a dog that sheds like crazy in the summertime, and this tool is great for dog hair! The standup vacuum attachment has a little soft strip that grabs ALL of the hair on your surfaces. I use this on my couch and hard floor. The downsides: only about a 20-30 min better life with the highest speed, it doesn’t pick up large trash well, and the standup vacuum attachment gets clogged easily and often. You definitely need to clean the vacuum after every use! I semi-deep clean it after every 10 uses or so. The filter picks up soooo much dirt! It’s pretty awesome! The battery does get pretty hot which is a little sketchy, too. Overall, I would definitely buy again for a daily quick clean for dog hair.

For the price, you probably won’t find a better vacuum; however, this vacuum will not change your life. You’ll need to spend $600-$1,000 for that. I can use it for a fraction of the time it takes with my more expensive cordless vac. I can do our living room thoroughly and it takes up over half the battery. It will pick up your carpeted areas, but it doesn’t freshen up the carpet (meaning, it’s not powerful enough to move the carpet fibers to keep the carpet “alive” for longer As said before, it’s the best you’ll get for the price. But I would definitely recommend having a powerful backup for carpet. This is great for my day to day needs on hardwood with dog hair and kid crumbs.

I purchased this product in Oct, 2022. Worked great, loved it until May of 2023 when we had issues with it holding a charge at the hight speed. I contacted the manufacturer (although the time to return had passed) and CASSIE from Customer Service replied to me the nexr day with suggestions on how to fix the problem. A couple weeks later this vacuum just died. Again, I contacted CASSIE and she promised to send a replacement out right away at no charge. Within 3 days I had received a new vacuum and it is working great. I was very surprised & impressed with the timeliness & level of response I received from Fabuletta Customer Service & CASSIE, specifically. So if you are considering this product, rest assured the comapny support is excellent, should you need them.

So I have had this a while, using for it for a few weeks/month maybe, long enough to form a reliable opinion about this. So I love to vacuum. Love it. I work a lot and have two cats so I vacuum a lot. I got this in hopes it would cut down on my heavy, corded shark vacuum (that I LOVE) and would help me in between cleaning up. It’s cordless and really doesn’t take much time to charge and stands upright on its own. What I’ve noticed it isn’t extrmelyyyy powerful. I love the LED light as I can see the hair and other lovely things I’m sucking up with it but when I’m done with it, the floors don’t have that just cleaned look. It’s Definitely not a replacement for another vacuum, for me at least. When I make a mess in the kitchen before work I can do a little clean up but the floors don’t look completely finished up clean if you know what I mean. I also run it in the bathroom before I leave to get up hair and makeup and of course ANIMAL HAIR but again, it’s an “until I can clean, clean up” so. I do really like it and will continue to use it. Obviously. And I don’t know if this is what’s out there as far as suction and performance. It’s my first cordless one I decided to get to help me in between and be able to vacuum more. Yay. Anyway, I just got done using it and thought I’m ready to give my opinion since using it in all my situations and household instances I needed it for. It’s better using it then not using it. If that makes any sense. It just doesn’t leave the floors super clean and doesn’t pick up every last thing I imagined in my mind it would. It’s a solid 3.5-4 stars to me. And maybe cordless stick vacuums in this price range do exactly this and in that case it is what it should be. I just cant settle on the fact that there’s not another one out there capable of powerful, satisfying cleaning similar to a powerful and strong heavy plugged in vacuum cleaner.

I love in a decently sized one bedroom with hardwood floors and some carpeting. When fully charged, I can easily vacuum my entire place. However, it does take long to charge and doesn’t have the strongest suction, but I love that it’s cordless and easy to maneuver. For the price, it’s certainly worth it as it gets the job done.

Original Review: This is cheap so dont expect to vacuum your whole house on one charge. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum around 800 sq ft or so. Thats on medium and sometimes high setting. It goes down to 0% in about 5-7 minutes and takes around 2-3 hours to charge back to 100%. The suction is weaker than I would have liked but it works for small areas. For the price I think its fair if you have a small apartment or just want to use it occasionally to clean up messes but dont expect to use it as your main vacuum if you have anything bigger than a 1 bedroom apartment.

I bought this item and after a couple of uses, part of the handle broke during regular use. I was frustrated so I reached out to seller and their customer service was great. I provided a photo and the information they requested and sent me a replacement for it and it arrived the next day. Its great to see customer service this great these days where everything feels so automated. The product works well and battery has a long life so far. Im extremely happy with this product :)
