> 3 daySince I dont use liquid foundations Ive never really given these puffs a second thought. But when I saw these I thought Id give it a try. It actually works well with applying my powder foundation. It exceeded my expectations since Ive only used brushes with my powder foundation. The color can go both ways, dark colors naturally hides flaws but in this case and for sanitary purposes its hard to tell if and when the puff is clean. I do like that they are individually wrapped, again, for sanitary purposes. The little ribbon is a great addition. It keeps the puff in your hands for easy application. As a first time puff user, these are not bad and highly recommend.

> 3 dayI have tried over a hundred of these different triangle puffs at this point, and the main differences I’ve noticed are slight variations in shape/amount of point of the triangle, number of puffs in the package, and the colors. I’ve used a very high quality washable circular velour puff from a well regarded brand for many years, but had recently seen the triangle shaped puffs and realized they’d solve the one issue all circular puffs have in reaching small areas of the face like around the nose and eyes. The solution with a round puff is folding two of the sides inwards to create a corner. Triangle puffs are already built the appropriate triangle shape. The listing says to use them for foundation or as a wet and dry beauty tool, but personally I would not use for foundation application or other wet applications. Getting them wet for washing is fine though. Size wise, this brand of puffs are slightly wider at the base and less pointy at the tip than some of the other triangle puffs I’ve tried. In comparison with the traditional round version, these puffs are slightly smaller than my circular puff if you cut off two of the round edges, or roughly a little smaller than the size my round puff becomes when I fold those those sides inwards. This is fantastic, because instead of these puffs *only* being good for the eye and nose area, the rounded portion of the puff is still large enough to be used for the whole face. At least one of the two different colors that come in this pack (white and gray) make it very easy to confirm the even distribution of powder across the surface of the puffs. The more evenly you spread your loose powder across the surface of the puff, the more evenly it will apply to your face regardless of what brand or style puff you use. Depending on what color powder you are using, you can select the color of powder that contrasts the best, but with these two colors, all different basic colors of powder will contrast well with one of the puffs. The best way to use any velour puff is with patting or pressing motions. Avoid using rubbing motions on the face, as the whole point of applying powder is to set liquid product in place. They say to cleanse after each use, but personally I feel like once a week should be plenty often enough for personal use. If working as a makeup artist, then clearly one puff use per person; you can even give it to them afterwards. Because you receive so many in this package, you can either use each once and then wash them for the next time, or use them for a week before washing and then share the extras with family or friends. To wash, I put mine in a very small lingerie bag and wash it along with any load of clothes that couldn’t get ruined by powder like a load of towels. Then I reshape a little and let it air dry overnight. In the meantime, the bag has 5 others that can be used while your dirty puff takes its trip to laundrytown. Happy powdering!

> 3 dayI really love these makeup puffs. You can use them with cream or powder makeup and they blend in very well. These are really soft and they are very comfortable holding and using on your face. This set is really nice because it comes with a nice plastic box to store them in and I really like that because it keeps them clean and nice. I also like the colors of these and there are multiple colors to choose from. These are well made and cushiony. They dont feel cheap or that theyll fall apart. I use a pressed powder mostly and I think these actually blend that makeup in better than what comes with my makeup compact.

Greater than one weekI love how plush and thick these triangle puffs are! It makes a huge difference in how it feels on the skin. These are very smooth and soft as well, so they dont scratch or drag on your skin. These have worked really well for me with both loose and packed powder products. The shape is perfect and allows me to get under my eyes really cleanly

> 3 dayI love these soft and velvety powder puffs. They have a lot of uses, but they are also very good at powdering. The ribbon is great for putting your fingers through. The velvety fluff collects powder and distributes it evenly. The triangle shape works way better than the traditional circular shape because the corner side can get in to tight spots on your face like between your nose and eye. Since I have so many of them, I decided to experiment. These also work really well for spreading liquids too. I use this for my sunscreen, moisturizers, anything that doesn’t require blending. It goes on much faster and spreads easily with this. I’m not sure why I never thought of it before. Plus my hands stay clean. If you’re looking for a whole bunch of powder puffs for whatever reason, this is a quality, really nice puff and the colors are really pretty

Greater than one weekThe box had six and that is quite a few of them to put in a purse, for the two sisters and at the office in hour of need. The puffs are very soft and great for application of makeup easily.

Greater than one weekThese makeup puffs are so soft! I love the tapered end, perfect for adding loose powder in areas too small for larger, round puffs, like under the eyes, or around the nose. The puffs feel smooth and silky and they hold a decent amount of powder. The finger loop is great, allowing these to be held securely as you glide them over your face. I like the size since they fit into my transparent powder container yet they are really easy to hold and control the amount of powder deposited. Super affordable, and a good quantity. You dont have to ration these and you dont feel like your losing money if you toss these once they become too soiled. Really happy with these puffs.

> 3 dayThese sponges are quite soft and plush. I have some other generic sponges like these in the same shape and also with a ribbon handle. I find that the ribbon handle is a bit unnecessary and kind of get in the way. It prevents you from being able to fully use both sides of the sponge. These are comparably thicker/more plush than the other similar ones I have but they are not any more dense. I would suggest these for using with powder foundation as they can absorb quite a bit of liquid foundation which is a waste of product. They blend powders quite well. They come in a pack of six and come with a plastic carrying case which is a nice touch so that you dont have all your sponges loose and can better organize them.

Greater than one weekFACEMADE 6 Pieces Face Powder Puff Set, Soft Velour Makeup Puff for Loose Powder, Beauty Makeup Tool, White Pink and Purple 5 Star Amazon Find! The product itself is 4 star, nicer than your basic drugstore find but I admit, not the level of a puff you’d find with a luxury branded powder compact. I tried applying powder and the triangular shape does get product into corners of nose and smaller spots. I tried wetting for foundation application, I still prefer the teardrop shaped sponge. Throw in that re-usable plastic container & price it well (ordered when $1.33 per puff), these triangular velour puff is an 5 Star Amazon find. Made of - Soft velour covering - cushion sponge - satin strap
