Charges fast, controllers hold a good long charge. Only downside is, the green light never goes off unless you unplug it. So I shoved it in a cabinet so it doesn’t like the room up at night.

We usually use our Switch as a party game hub and most recently Nintendo Switch Sports. A multi Joy-Con charging dock is basically a requirement at that point since you need several controllers if you want everyone to play. This charging dock is great because it: Is easy to get controllers in and out Has status LEDs to let you know when charging is complete Plugs into your switch dock for power I highly recommend this dock.

Great buy. Works great. It is very bright, so we use it as a night light as well.

If you have multiple Joycons like I do, this would come handy in organization and keeping a couple of controllers on max charge. Currently leaving it plugged into my OLED switch dock, no problems yet. The NES NSO controller does not fit, as its too short to fit the whole controller in. So far, so good...

This is a great product if you use multiple controllers for the Nintendo Switch and hassle free.

The charging station emits a very bright light when it is plugged in. We found it distracting to have next to our TV and have to keep it unplugged, which kinda defeats the purpose in my opinion. It doesnt seem to charge the joycons particularly fast either - at least no faster than plugging them in like normal would.

Charges the controllers well. The columns light up red as its charging and turn green when its charged. Looks pretty cool.

From the moment I plugged this JoyCon charging dock in, the indicator lights on it would flicker randomly. Sometimes theyd go out for just a split second, other times a second or two. Tried a different power cable, same thing. Tried both one of the USB ports on the back of my Switch dock, as well as the side. Still the same issue. I was considering returning at this point. However... I discovered that when I instead plugged it into a regular power source (a power strip with 3 USB charging ports on it in this case) it stopped flickering entirely. The lights have stayed on solid since. Not sure if this is indicative of a power output issue with my Switch dock, or if the JoyCon dock just doesnt like my Switch dock. I am leaning towards it being the latter, as plugging the very same JoyCons into that same USB port on the dock using a charging grip works just fine. ANYWAY. Having figured out that little power issue, the dock works as expected. The JoyCons are easy to put on the dock, its sturdy, etc. Kinda wish the indicator lights werent so big/bright, they can light up a significant portion of a dark room. But thats minor. 4 Stars, only deducted the 1 star due to this dock having issues with being plugged in to the Switch dock itself.
