> 3 dayThis is suitable for larger birds. It’s simple, but my birds like it. Most of the toys I find on Amazon are better for medium birds.

> 3 dayIts a bunch of big sturdy blocks that my cockatoo can shred. Unlike other toys, this one lasted over a week because it took her awhile to shred it.

> 3 dayGood thick, heavy duty wood blocks. The chain seems a bit thin but has held up so far.

> 3 dayA lot larger than I thought it would be, looks great in the cage though! Our 37 year old red-lored just got a new, and larger cage that looked so bare. Larger toys look great and this one will give him something new to swing on and chew up.

Greater than one weekI got this for my African Grey. She can destroy it, but it takes her over a month and a half. As far as bird toys go, thats pretty good value for the money. But the size they show is wrong. The blocks are about 1.5 inches thick, and the one on the bottom is nearly 5 long. The total length is about 18 inches, plus the chain.

> 3 dayThis toy is great, its just monstrous to my blue crown conures. I had searched medium bird toys. NOT. Good for McCaws.

> 3 dayI bought these for my parrot. He likes to play and chew them up. They do last for several months

10-06-2025We have a double yellow head Amazon who loves to destroy wood. Instead of taking chunks out of my mantle or end table, we buy him one of these every couple of months and he rips away. One of these toys lasts Candyman approximately 6-8 weeks of daily chewing.

Greater than one weekThis is actually a great toy for my U2’s. Although my big boy really loves to just rip it to shreds! I collect up his very evenly spaced pieces and put them in a card box box (which he also shreds) to get extra play time out of this toy. I have bought it multiple times and will continue to do so based on how much entertainment he and his smaller cockatoo sister get out of chopping it into pieces.
