> 3 daySo far so good! I use for my kickboxing class, and they help so I can go up in resistance when Im ready. So far Im at light. This set offers so many resistance ranges its great. Wish I have more purple colors and not pink. i dont even have pinkish purple. if I wanted pink I would have ordered the pink set. Now if they came out with all purple colors I would definitely buy that! Thats my only issue.

09-06-2025No issues with breaking or tearing. Comes with nice bag to keep them all in one place and some exercises to do in case you are new to bands. Each band labeled with difficulty level. Would buy again.

> 3 dayI need these bands to use on my legs, just above the knee for glut exercises. Self-tie bands wear and start to roll over and cut into my legs which is why I tried these bands. Theyre working great so far -- no rolling over. My only concern is that because they arent wider, I think they might too also start to roll up after theyve been used awhile, but so far, so good. Not complaining yet!

> 3 dayI liked the width of the bands, the color distinctions and the tension strength clearly written on each band. That made it very easy to know where to start and how to progress. I also liked that the bands could be folded up and stored in the little drawstring bag. Great product for a fair price. I am strengthening the muscles on the inner and outer knee, after having had a right total knee replacement. Specific exercises with the bands were needed for those particular muscles.
