Item received quickly following order date. First impression was the chain looks and feels to be heavy duty. This 14 footer rated for 4900 lbs is perfect for dragging tree trunks out of the woods after felling. I cant always get my trailer and/or log splitter in to the area of some of the trees I cut for firewood. This 14 heavy duty chain is perfect for dragging the trunks/big limbs out with my 4 wheeler! This chain saves me a lot of time and physical labor and is a great investment at a $43 price point!

It feels silly to gush about a chain, but Im practically in love with this. The color is awesome. Time will tell how long the color will last, but it makes it stand out and just looks cool. The size of the links are great and very strong, and the length is awesome as well. I really dont see any negatives to speak of. The hooks on the end of the chains are held in by a pin and cotter pin. So I could see where some people wouldnt like a hook that isnt permanently attached. However, as long as the cotter pin holds it should be fine. I rather like the option of being able to remove the hook. Very nice job, great chain.

Almost looks like a gold chain, shiny and I know some tough guy will want to wear a section around their neck.

This is heavy duty 14 foot long chain and best of all it has a slip hook on one end so it can cinch up on a log good and tight when pulling it behind your tractor. This chain can also be used to secure loads with a binder as a G80 grade chain is very heavy duty.

The 5/16 link chain is 14 feet long and comes with one 5/16 clevis mounted hook on each end. One hook is a grab hook (to hook onto chain links) and the other is a slip hook (for general hook tasks) for a wide variety of applications. Both hooks have industry approved rating information embossed on their bodies. Can be used in the logging industry as well as automotive hauling. Both chain and hook are heat treated and have a yellow zinc chromate coating for corrosion resistant usage in outdoor and indoor applications.

Well it’s a chain so there is really not a lot to say about it. It’s a good length with 2 hooks being one at each end. The chromatic zinc finish looks good and should protect from rust for sometime to come. This is a grade 80 chain which exceeds transport chain requirements and adds the overhead lifting certification as well. Good chain.

This chain is extremely nice with high quality wields in the links in high quality hooks on the ends. The finish is also very nice and seems like it should hold up to rust very well if left in bad conditions. I have no problem trusting this chain at all for extremely heavy duty applications (I am extremely hard on chains) and despite being very heavy duty and long The chain is also noticeably lighter than other chains of this size and specifications. Definitely impressed by the chain and I can highly recommend it.

I acquired this chain to use with my tractor for pulling fallen trees out of the woods. It is a good length for that work and the right strength. It is handy with the grab hook on one end and the slip hook on the other end. Contrary to the description, the chain is not coated in oil (which I was glad for). A good value.

Great towinding chain. Has zero issues holding the tractor on the trailer.

Not a whole lot to say about it. Its a chain. Links all look great and it even looks like the style of welding or because of work done after their pretty smooth with no ridges.
