> 24 hourI loved the height and design of these bowls, and so far theyve worked well for dry food. But the one I had regular water in has completely lost its finish and the rough porcelain is exposed. Im afraid this might absorb bacteria. I really dont know how the finish just soaked off in the water, but Im also a little upset because I assume my cat ended up drinking it (although I have not noticed any illness). I did not put these in the dishwasher, just hand washed only with regular dish soap and a no scratch sponge, and the surface is gone. Very disappointing.

> 24 hourOur cats like eating from raised dishes, and we encourage this, as our vet told is a healthier way for them to eat. We have several ceramic raised dishes, and these items looked pretty, and nice. When they arrived, I was surprised how large they are. The description talks about them being Perfect for flat face cats, which we dont have, but our cats had no issue with the bowls. They both fed from them very easily. See the photos - the larger bowl is the one being reviewed here. Highly recommended. Weve sent both bowls through the dishwasher several times, and they have emerged unscathed.

> 24 hourThese bowls are pretty great. They add some class to kittys mealtime and I think they give him some whisker relief in the design. Theyre nice and shallow; I notice my cat eats all of the food in the bowl before begging for more, unlike his old bowl, so nothing gets stale and nothing goes to waste. Theyre also very attractive, so they add a touch of class to kittys mealtime. Very happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourI am so happy I found these. My cats love drinking water out of cups so I keep a few around the house, however they can only drink from it to a certain point til they can no longer reach the water. These are open allowing them to drink it all, plus no whisker stress! I have one in the bedroom and by the main window where they spend most of their time. Every time they come into the bedroom or jump on the patio window seal they ALWAYS drink water. This product is great for encouraging cats to drink more water! In case youre looking for this as a food feeder I havent try it with food so I cant comment on that, however other reviewers say it works great with food as well! Will buy again if I ever need more, such a great product and great encourager for cats to drink more water!

> 24 hourI am using this set to feed my two Italian Greyhounds. The raised dish is more suited for their body type. I feed a raw diet, it only requires a small amount. I use this as a base for their food dish. It doesnt scoot around the floor. The design is pretty, although I dont leave these out when not in use. I just toss them into the dishwasher to clean. Not just for cats, perfect for small dogs too. I recommend this set.

> 24 hourAfter using these bowls for a couple of weeks, I went back to the other bowls we had been using before. These bowls never smelled clean after washing. Cat food smells remained, regardless of how many times washed. Our cats appetite also started to diminish after using these bowls. Hopefully, just due to the lingering smell. Its a bummer because the dimensions of the bowls were just perfect!

> 24 hourpretty elevated bowls, we use them for our cats wet food meal and they are super easy to clean by hand or dishwasher since they have NO holes on bottom for water to get in. The bottom is like a semi squared off bottom cone shape, you could easily turn one of these over and use as a water bowl as well. Only issue with these is you need a silicone mat of some type under them to keep them from sliding and the feeding bowl part is wide and would of been much better if it had a slight inward dip to it so food doesn’t constantly slide to other side of bowl.. not problem with some cats i guess but, we do have cats that will simply leave food stuck on opposite side of bowl since we keep them against counter wall like shown in pic. i just turn them around though so no biggy..

> 24 hourGot raised water bowl for a bobble head cat. Using this bowl upside down so they have more volume of water. Works fine.Ceramic heavy enough the cat is not knocking over.
