I love the film and the message it sends regarding closeness and friendships we have

After a somewhat slow beginning, was shocked out of my complacency by the drama that enfolded, became intrigued with the complicated relationships then became fascinated by the switching back from the then to now and back again throughout the movie. The characters were rich, complicated, with hints of there being more than first meets the eye. Feel all the better for having watched this movie because of the other stories it told as well. Stories about women, ageing, caring for someone other than yourself, giving of yourself, male/female relationships, racial tensions, story telling at its best.

Klasse Film, wirklich sehenswert. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Egal ob man mit der Familie den Film anschaut oder beim Mädelsabend. Einfach ein schöner Film, den ich sicher nicht nur einmal ansehen werde.

Wonderful and just as good as we remembered seeing it from the first time. Excellent quality.

This of course is a classic. It has to be seen to be appreciated. Southern. small town life filled with nostalgia, fun & some sadness, its a keeper, for sure.

Fried Green Tomatoes is such a classic, heartful, wonderful movie! Kathy Bates in this movie is hilarious, and all the actors do a fantastic job in the characters that they play. This is a must see movie!
