The plug was difficult to connect to the app and then after one month it magically went offline and wouldnt work. Just a light but no electricity flows through the plug.

I spent an hour trying to get them to connect something Alexa or the iPhone, and I couldn’t do it would not buy again return them

I had these working for about ainth but one by one they are failing on me unfortunately

Less than a month one of the smart plugs was damaged.

I use them for turning on my pepper grow lights works great

This plug works perfectly with the Smart Lift app (from the Play Store on Android). Plug it in, wait a few seconds, turn it on, then push and hold the button for a few seconds until it starts blinking. Open the Smart Lift app and itll automatically detect it and register it (assuming you already have the Smart Lift app set up). A few seconds later, a notice will pop up on say something like, Your plug has been registered with Alexa and is ready to use. The entire process took maybe three to five minutes and I was able to control my plug with Alexa voice activation. Well worth the money over many other plugs Ive owned that required a different app to use.

I bought them 6 month ago and they all 4 stopped working. They worked great at first have grow lights and set up on timers they just stopped working and not connected to net work. Two on the app there turned on but the plug was dead

After 2 months of use, 3 of these have shorted out. They begin by slowly turning themselves on and off, flickering and then overheating. They later make an arcing within the body of the unit. If I was on vacation, I’m certain the results could have been disastrous

Nice plug that allows the use of both plugins.

I gave them 4 stars because one of them were used, damaged and defective(not working). That meant there was quality control issue. However, since the seller gave me $5.00 refund immediately, I still give them 4stars. I will do more tests and come back for update.
