> 3 dayThank goodness Everything was packaged individually, in the balloon package was a cigarette butt. Looks like it was from China had a red diamond logo with some kind if Chinese writing on it. All of the balloons smell like cigarettes even after spraying them with disinfectant spray. If I could rate no star or half a star I would.
