> 3 dayThis is my first running watch and it has all the features you need. The heart rate appears to be accurate, and the distances are fairly accurate. The only thing that does not seem to be accurate is treadmill running, but that can be calibrated after every session.

> 3 dayIt’s been a while since I’ve had a garmin, but the quality of the running function is excellent. There was an issue where I couldn’t customize the watch face without the battery draining quickly. Wish that could be fixed.
