Too Bulky.

Expensive for what it is but no other option for the Garmin. Known fault so guess that’s why they dropped this connection. Zumo now working fine again.

Funktioniert einwandfrei. Montage kein Problem. Man muss lediglich die passenden Steckverbindungen anbringen. Kann mann natürlich auch löten. Alles soweit ok

ich habe dieses Ladekabel für mein Zweitmotorrad gekauft um mein Zumo auch an beiden Motorrädern nutzen zu können.

Over time the gold spring contacts dont move as easy. After constant power loss and troubleshooting I ended up splicing in a new 5v 3A power supply but the real problem was the contacts. After I worked some dielectric grease into them I had no more power issues. Update: This has happened with two different mounts and cables on two different bikes. The Grease trick becomes less effective over time. Now my original mount loses power regularly. I can press the zumo into the mount harder and it will reconnect but disconnects when i release the pressure. This is very distracting while riding. Im going to try clean the spring pins with electronics cleaner and maybe try a different lube

This is a very expensive power adapter that works as designed. Hopefully it will last longer than the original.

Does exactly what it should, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is you need to supply and fit your own battery terminal contacts.
