I have a lingual bar and one implanted tooth. These do exactly as designed. The ones I used before were unwaxed, they were very good for getting far under the gum but were not smooth and they snagged and broke . These are indeed easy glide but I feel it slips over too easy to grab food particles around the implant. I like them for routine flossing and will continue with the plain string for the implant. Stiff end to thread under lingual bar is effective.

Out of all the threaders Ive tried, this is the best. I need it every time I eat meat. I deducted one star for not being more affordable and accessible.
