All it is is white lithium grease......you can get a large 8oz tube at the hardware store for this price

Purchased this for lubing the flex shafts for my WEN rotary tools and it works perfectly. It doesnt take much lube so dont stress over the size of the tube.; 1 oz will last a great while depending on how often/long you use your rotary tool.
