Green Yarn Yoshi Amiibo - Japan Import (Yoshis Woolly World Series)

This was bought as a Christmas gift for my grandson. He loves amiibo. He received the pink one for his birthday and I know he will love this one as well.

The green yarn Yoshi is absolutely adorable, and the ability to get it without buying the game was appreciated. This is a Japanese import, so the box is entirely in Japanese too (obviously).

Came in good condition and was worth buying nothing was damaged and is worth putting in your amibo collection

These little figurine in wool are adorable for sure! However, it is indicated they are 7.4 tall, why they are barely 4! For 20$ the item, that is so BS. I understand it is imported from Japan but that doesnt justify giving an incorrect description and lie to sellers!

I love these cute little guys, they are the perfect amiibo! They are about the same size as the other amiibos, but plush. They also have a little cloth hook on their heads so you could theoretically use them as a keychain if you wanted, though for the price people are paying for these I dont think that would be smart. The price I paid was fair, even though importing takes time, it is worth it! It definitely beats the hassle of trying to find these once they hit store shelves. All in all, really cute, and definitely one of the better amiibos on the market.

I imported this from Japan via Amazon Marketplace before Yoshis Woolly World and the corresponding amiibo arrive in the US. For those curious about the height of the figure/plush, it stands about 3 inches tall. The detail of the amiibo is astounding. The eyes, rather than being painted on, are embroidered. It has a cute little tushtag that reads Yoshi in the color matching the body (so mine was blue). There also a loop on the Yarn Yoshis head, presumably to slip a ball-chain through (or, I suppose, a really thin carabiner). The NFC chip is housed on the bottom of the plush within a little patch the has the same amiibo mark and Nintendo logo as the traditional amiibo. The quality of the plush, on the whole, is just fine. The seams look fine and the embroidery around the eyes is nice and clean. My one minor issue is that stitching around Yoshis back-shell puckers a little bit at the bottom edges but I dont think that effects the integrity of the plush at all.

No difference to us version so I was able to use it just like any other amiboo on the wii u.

Im excited to see how nasty these things look after my kids get done playing with them in a few months.

Love this amiibo, very cute, girlfriend loves it. We actually still do not have a Wii U (which is what this amiibo was originally made for) but we ended up getting the Poochy & Yoshis Woolly World for both of our 3DS consoles, and it works with this game =] Allows you to play with Double Yoshi and have another Yarn Yoshi helping alongside the main Yoshi you control in the game.
