> 24 hourI like the way the pens work initially but the points wear down and fray very fast. Then you can’t get them into the grout space between the tile

> 24 hourI was using it to clean up the grout lines in my bathroom, and it started off great and I thought I love this product! but then 10 minutes (if that) into the project the tips just started fraying and it was soon unusable.

> 24 hourHere is a picture of a small section I’ve done on my bathroom wall. You can see it makes a pretty big difference. This is just 1 coat and it did soak into the grout pretty well. I went out of the lines onto the tile a little, so I let it dry and then wiped it off with a wet wash cloth. It came right off of the tile but stayed put in the grout, so I’m hoping once you let it really soak in well it’ll stay even after washing the wall with cleaner. The pen has the be shaken and depressed every few minutes, so that’s a bit of a pain but it works just a Sharpie paint marker. My bathroom is pretty small and I’m eager to see how much just 1 pen covers. I’ll likely buy again.

> 24 hourI like this product it works really well on the grout; however, it’s a little pricey for how much area it does

> 24 hourThis pen is easy to use, and I would buy it again. My only suggestion is regarding how watery the sealant is. It takes a couple of coats to cover stains. I purchased another product to seal the grout in my shower in wider strips, and it seemed more like thicker white paint. It covered stains with one application. The pen is the easiest way to get the job done.

> 24 hourThe felt tip of the marker fell apart when applying it to my grout between the tiles in my shower. Didn’t last more than 3 minutes before it started shredding. I wasn’t applying more pressure than normal as if I was using it as a writing utensil. Waste of money and effort.

> 24 hourThe white liquid inside the tube is very good, but it this product as it comes, is very hard to apply to the grout. The little brush as the end of the tube, very quickly breaks down like a tiny paintbrush that got squashed, and then it is of no use at all. I was able to take a ballpoint pen and take it apart and use the ink holder part, to insert it into the tube and force the release of the liquid (to leach out the white liquid) and apply it that way. It did a pretty good job, but it was a tedious process. It also takes several applications because the liquid springs back into its shorter application area and then needs more liquid to be applied to reinforce the area that I already applied. I believe that the application tip should NOT be a brush, but it should instead be a solid piece of plastic to apply similarly to an old fountain pen. That would be similar to the applicator of a Tide Pen (R) for getting out stains on fabric. I believe that that would work much better to apply the liquid to the grout.
