Good heavy duty copper wire.

Seems to be pretty high quality for the price. I used this to make a longer and beefier power cord for my portable tire inflator, along with the use of Anderson Powerpole connectors instead of the standard cigarette lighter plug. Man, you can definitely hear the difference when the tire inflator is running; but that’s got nothing really to do with this product.

This is not the silicon insulation sort of flexible wire. Strands are not particularly fine. 10 section works for my battery to 500W PSW inverter needs, stowed in compact under the car seat emergency power kit. Its not limber flexible. Insulation is good to better thickness.

Not sure why for working out is a star option, but the coating is nice and thick so Im sure you could jump rope with this if you wanted to!

Value for the money was pretty ok, Thickness was perfect actually easy to terminate with decent wire strippers. thicker wire lays better from the weight not as coiled as smaller gauge wire. Nice thick pvc jacket made cutting and handling easy. Just had to support the wire bundle from the heft which pulls quite a bit on the bannana plug terminals. Overall good value.
